Guest guest
i don't know if any of 'you' know me well enough to have read my biography, which I posted in my high hey days of yore to Niz as well as all my . It was my story of 'enlightenment' Something about being brought to my knees and being alien to the U.S., having arrived here at the age of 5, and feeling alien to this 'world'. Suffice it to say, one of the first things in real estate sales I learned was about open-ended questions and conversation. To give an honest opinion, truthfully, with whatever facts that are appropriate, knowing that the bottom line of a house sale is what the seller and the buyer agree to. When we fall into a discourse that is most like 'self-serving' preaching or perhaps even my poems, there is no mutual 'give and take' no further clarification or desire to continue to try to relate to one another in dialogue. What does this ever gain? Who does this serve? Perhaps to have answers to questions is one thing, to create friendship, a sense of One-ness through our questions, our dialogues is the greater reason to partake of these so-called spiritually enlightening groups. Niz and the Naz and Buddha, and all who ever tried to open our hearts are here regardless, and what we bring to them and one another is an open heart, via an open mind. If we're angry at the world, that's what comes out. If we have something to celebrate, feel good about ourselves, then we find ourselves celebrating others. A list such as this is but a mirror or our relationship to ourselves, isn't it? Isn't every " thing " but such a mirror? ~*~
