P: It lasted 30 minutes. They didn't include his

talk, but they had time for two rather silly songs,

I must conclude his speech most have been unremarkable,

since they wasted 7 minutes with music.

Renz appearance is also unremarkable.

If he had been sitting in the audience I'd not have noticed

him. The questions and answers chosen were also the usual.

His Answers in a nutshell:

There is no thing to get.

You have it already.

There is no thing you can do.

There is no thing you have to stop doing, either.

You have always been there, it's your nature,

and you can't get rid of it.

It's the same neo adviata song and dance, you

and I have heard before. He seems like a very

nice pleasant fellow, but so are you, so why

wasn't it you who was on that platform talking?

If the editing reflected the best he had to say,

I'm glad it was only 23 minutes of Q & A.

P: What does that mean to you?

P: Well, as I said above, I was not impressed. Did you

ask any questions, did you talk to him afterward.

Would you see him again? Have you read his book?

I'm hard to please, I know.

L.E: Are you skeptical!!! Same old, same old just may be true old, true old.

Why should the truth of things take on new forms just for your amusement and

entertainment?

I agree with what he says, which in the ordinary world is quite

extraordinary. The only thing he leaves out is the ability of choice. The

universe can

choose, life can choose, and I can choose. In the moment, choice exists.

That's the addition I make. And it includes your creativity and poetry and

writing as well, so just continue and enjoy, when you can.

> What were you expecting him to look like?

P: Well, maybe I'm prejudiced. I had the good fortune

to meet a few remarkable people, people who didn't need words

to teach. The first one was my algebra tutor. He was a very short,

thin man, with a large bald head. At fifteen, I was a head taller than

him,

but he had a towering presence. He was a catholic, and people rumored

he was a saint. He looked a bit like Osho with those bulging eyes. The

moment I saw him, I noticed he had an eerie calm around him, which was

like

a gravitational force. At fifteen, I didn't specially valued calmness.

Anyway,

he never mentioned God or Christ, but he made me want that immense

peace and composure he had. I certainly, didn't want to become a

Catholic,

but I wanted to feel the immensity that I sensed he felt.

P: No, don't get me wrong, as a gururater, I'm always interested in

hearing a new guru who is able to travel the world free of charge

by repeating the same old. So I'm very grateful you brought it to my

attention. Thanks.

> Paul: I wasn't there because he was is the short answer.

> You too qualify, why wern't you on that platform talking?

P: :) True! I meant it as a compliment. I found what you

had to say more interesting.
