Guest guest
I know a lovely, blond lady I love, who enunciates the following song: Who could get away with saying, " LOVE IS A FORM OF TORTURE " ? Oh, perhaps if modified, " Sweet, bitter sweet and blissful torture, " She adds, parenthetically (In Godard's " Breathless, " Two choices are offered, " Nothingness or grief, " Woman chooses grief, Man chooses nothingness Preferring either all or nothing Grief as a pale compromise) Similarly, Love As a pale compromise, A reduction of All Into the form of another Radically, Nonduality is not love Otherwise, it would call itself love Rather, Advaita is a Passionless directionless amoral flow So she ventures, hoping not to offend, with a demure smile and a twinkle. As she disappears from my room, into the effortlessness of her eventless noncommitment. Indifferent to her presumed insignificance. Unloved, for all she cares, yet loving the absence of love in her life. When one has buried the word, " love, " completely, one has truly gone beyond language, she muses with a silent giggle. ~*~
