Eric Paroissien, 1960-2043

A Planetary Mission

Half-fictitious character of the 20th-21st Century who had a profound

mystical experience in a train at the age of 25 that left the

passenger immediately seated at his left definitely transformed and

irremediably awakened and prophetic; Eric Paroissien himself did not

feel anything nor saw any changes in his life but only later seeing

the account of that other passenger on the news connected it to

himself and realized what had happened (although the said passenger

claimed that his awakening was the result of 25 years of zen sitting

and satsang with UG.Krishnamurti)...

Eric Paroissien, although not called by God or any Inner Voice for a

mission or apostolate, had the conviction that he was at the center of

an extraordinary event, and the fact that he did not feel it the least

did not make it less extraordinary; all the more considering that he

himself continued to be dull and miserable all his life and according

to his own words: " you have no idea what it is to be the first and

only Bodhisattva in history not himself awakened but with the ability

to awaken people, it makes the task at least 15% harder! "

He managed to persuade a few homeless people to speak in front of the

media and bear testimony that he had indeed awakened them; they did so

and thanked him abundantly for his financial generosity; but most of

the awakened ones he claimed to have helped remained ungrateful and

never admitted to it and " that, he said, is one of the deepest

disappointments of my life, it tells much about humankind, awakened or

unawakened. "

The body of his work is mostly composed of a vastly documented archive

of the cities he visited in his life and the awakenings related to

those visits, although many of those events may have taken place long

before or after his visiting the site, like his claiming Shakyamuni's

revelation under the boddhi tree, that we can yet accurately prove

that he did visit - so scientifically there is for and against - .

A peculiarity of his gift worth mentionning is that he never knew in

advance who he would awaken or feel any energy coming out of him

(shaktipat) as he said " i feel mostly weak and sick most of the time

the slightest vibe leaving me would deplete me to death " , but the true

miracle is that he would recognize for sure the people he had awakened

when reading about them or seeing them on TV.

Larry: Eric Paroissien thank you for joining us tonight.

Eric: Thank you for having me in your show Larry.

Larry: Where does this extraordinary gift come from? From God?

Eric: I don't know.

Larry: Could you awaken me if i asked for it?

Eric: You'll have to awaken first, then i'll tell you if it's me.

Larry: How come you can't awaken yourself?

Eric: As the French proverb says: " one can't be at the wheat field and

at the mill at the same time "

Larry: Does this mean " yes. "

Eric: " No. "

We can't be sure that the following picture is Eric Paroissien or UG

Krishnamurti (it all happened so long ago) but many people said that
