Fourth of July

 

Happy Fourth of July,

It’s time to celebrate,

The killing,

And the dying,

The blood, screams

Shouts and cries,

The pleading calls

Of " help me, "

" God have mercy, "

And " where are my legs? "

Remember the stink

Of rotting flesh, the dried

Blood seeping through

Dirty bandages.

We won our freedom,

From our parents,

England,

Freedom from the debts

Placed to finance the British colonists.

Freedom to take the land

And execute the Indians,

Call as ours what had

Before the battle belonged

First to the Indians,

And then to the British landowners.

It is now our America to divide

And conquer,

To create and sell and re-sell

Land parcels.

To keep the wealth from the

Forests, the cotton, the indigo.

The slaves.

It is ours now

That we have battled and died

And bathed our new property

In the blood of the poor,

The homeless, the impoverished

Who always fight the wars

So the rich can become richer,

The powerful, more powerful.

And what good luck,

The war on terror,

So we may continue killing,

Bombing, exploding the bodies

Of the insurgents and the children.

 

Happy Fourth of July.

As we continue the killing

That made this nation free,

And rich, after taking for ourselves

What was owned by England, the British,

Our enemy, who would take our

Freedom and tax us unjustly

With a tyrants hand.

And now we tax ourselves,

Burdening our lives paying

For our own wars,

Protecting our freedom,

Supporting the Muslims

That want only to be ruled by Allah.

 

Some Muslims feel superior

To women,

Wrapping them in black cloth.

Freeing themselves,

And enslaving the women.

 

Kill a Muslim terrorist today,

To celebrate,

Our Fourth of July.

Kill a terrorist.

Protect our freedom.
