Stop 'kidding' me Werner!

From my end,

I am looking for a " way " and

not for you [or someone else]

to " congratulate " or 'believe'

me.

I think that intention can become

clear after reading the very next message that

I had posted in this thread.

Seriously,

do you know of any way that can

help make it a sustained condition

while leading a modern life of work,

family and society.

I see my 'sense of self' rise in these

environment especially when I feel emphasis

on 'personal self'. Further, I notice this

'sense of self' as a pain and split both

at the physical as well as at the mental

level.

What way you have find effective in

this regard?

Have you done yoga?

Do you think yoga can be effecient in

this regard?

With warm regards,

ac.

Arvind,

You are what you are. There is only what is and no alternative.

When reading the posts of Dan they mostly are pointing at the status-

quo, the momentary state or situation which is the only situation and

not another one, a different one.

I don't see for myself alternatives besides those I am imagining,

every moment, every event is as it is. And telling you somehting else

would be ridiculous.
