Dabo! So nice hearing from you! How is sunlight different before and after entering a magnifying glass? Those magnifying glasses of mindfulness and ritual action can intensify an activity to a burning pitch. An action performed in a ritualistic way, acquires an intensity which the same action done absentmindedly lacks. This holds true even when wiping your butt. > > P: Those who recommend do nothing, > > may be placing your mind in a jar. > > D: how can you do nothing? P: Very good question! There is, 'not doing anything', and there is 'doing nothing.' Usually, people who recommend: Not doing anything do so because they think doing anything in order to realize is harmful, or at best useless. They don't understand that one can break the hypnotic spell of constant action masquerading as self by engaging in mindful ritualistic action. Now, ritualistic 'doing nothing' just sitting like a huge rock is quite another kind of doing, within that kind of not doing, all doings are revealed as ghosts.
