Guest guest
I take your memory, unfold it in my hands, like my favourite dress, it is fraying at the seams, losing its bright and beautiful colours, the reds are anemic and the gold and silver threads are tarnishing with my breath, the little pieces of mirrors, so carefully sewn into place, are clouded now, some have broken, and I know not when they were lost, though I remember hearing the sound; Today I shall wear my dress one last time, twirl and swirl, glide in your unseen arms, I shall whisper with the wind and set you free, My Love.
