You see a lot on these lists where people show disappointment in the responses they get, or in the lack of response. That disappointment can be very revealing of one's self-process, if one looks into it. Not looking into it from outside, but looking into it by not trying to separate from it, being it, understanding it fully and intimately. Disappointment, frustration - that's where one's investment shows up most clearly. When one is happy and gratified, it's much more difficult to be aware of the investment going on.
