Guest guest
There is a guy in my office... His body languages changes immensely when he talks to his immediate boss versus when he talks to the people who report to him! I guess he is not the only one of that kind! CEO of my company sits in the meetings; his body language looks quite authoritative, assured, confident and even kind of complacent and dictatorial. But, it does look quite relaxed and *at ease* and *in control*... I wonder how he behaves when he meets with the investors and board of directors and, I won't be surprised if he doesn't look that much 'at ease', assured and relaxed anymore! I have interviewed many people for job and I have also been interviewed by others for a job. At many times, I have noticed a remarkable difference in my own internal state and my external attitude in these two scenarios! I have been boss to many people and I have worked under boss(es). Again, many times how I have " naturally " , " without any training " and " without any pre- planning " , without " doing " any " work " have felt and behaved in these two situations - have been quite different! Reflecting on these I wonder how much the Sense Of *Power* has got to do with how we feel and how *independent* it is of *spiritual*, *philosophical* or *intellectual* progress...
