so you are saying that there is seeing and that there

is mind; that seeing and mind are distinct. Is that right?

you define mind as " all knowledge " , but what about

processing, functioning. Is that included in mind

by your definition?

distinctions are in the mind made by the mind...

the seeing is the natural constant timeless openness...

it is not a thing...so it can not be something distinct...

looking for a way out...is taking yourself to be what you are not...

if worrying is the processing...just let it be in openness...

without doing something about it...

the one who wants to get out of worrying is not you...

....just let it be in openness...
