And being depressed and anguish and desperate is

anothere way of getting asleep, IMO.

Yet being oblivious isn`t suiting me either.

All that very graffic smelly bloody war business

remind of how distorted and senseless entity-life is.

Whatever happens, awareness is always there. Make room

for it, it is the only empathic movement that can

happen from us.

And if you can or want to help, it is up to you.

But always in the vast and tender movement of

awareness.

only the heart is tender;

awareness IS what Is,

 

the cruelty, the glamour, the beauty and the beast, the torsoless

leg, the sky burning at sunset, the wave drifting.

 

tbere is no separation between awareness and that which is the

object of awareness, it would seem.
