Guest guest
I think that what you are describing is the basis of several forms of psychotherapy. One tries to spot the: " how what when where and why " for the sake of a more complete confrontation or pervasion of the problem. If this fails it fails because the individual sets themselves up, " the one who confronts " , as an opponent to " the one who is the problem " . Doing that only strengthens the ego because it is just more of the same old playing the game of life by having a battle. In doing this, the ego removes pieces of itself, is successful at overcoming an enemy, and so becomes stronger. So... I don't believe that the ego can remove or understand the ego. That is my egoic opinion on the subject;-) Stu Adithya K <adithya_comming wrote: > > > > I don't remember " spiritual inquiry " EVER " working " > for me... when I am really " stressed " , > tense or un-peaceful! > > It has given me " fake " turnarounds, > superficial temporary cover-ups, thin > evaporating layers around my " stress " - > but, I don't remember it EVER freeing > me from it! > > Sometimes I have done " spiritual inquiry " when > " stressed " and have even had > Momentarily laughs by the inquiry, work > and turnarounds.
