Guest guest
It seems to me that people of all creeds, and philosophies, regardless of what they think truth is, live their daily life the same way. A solipsist, a pantheist, a Muslin, or a Jew equally avoid incoming cars, go to work, and when hungry, eat. It seems to me, that regardless what you think reality really is, navigating it is hardwired in your genes. So what difference does it make that you know, and your thoughts are in correspondence with the truth? Is the certainty of a Christian, different from the certainty of a solipsist? Certainty, whether true or false gives your mind rest, stops the search, gives you peace. It seems to me, what certainty does, is to let the mind observe, and navigate the world in peace the way your hardwiring dictates you do, no matter what you think the truth is. " When hungry, eat. When sitting, just sit. " Pete
