changes that are not changes

When I am successful at moving from an awareness of what is mostly a

lie to an awareness of more truth... within duality, these seem to be

the changes that occur for me.

 

Lets say that I am upset or sad about something in particular.

 

1. First I become aware of the word symbols that make up the

computations or reasoning that makes the specific negative feeling

real to me... (the beliefs and agreements that I am aware of or not

consciously aware of, that I live by)

 

2. Next are a variety of possible phenomena that can take place such

as a moment of ceasing to be aware of my parameters or description as

a personality, etc.

 

3. Next I feel a sense of release of tension or relaxation or healing

or balance. (If I do not feel this then I have not seen all of what

makes up my state before I enter step one, so I go back and look again)

 

4. Next I notice a sense of being part of one morphogenic field of all

separate... yet connected things.

 

5. Next I open up further or become less polarized as an egoic person

as I feel a sense of oneness that ends in powerful feelings of

gratitude, love and feeling of smiling.

 

All of the above are within the realm of " what is " , or duality, or

ego, but... the main point for me is that the above are not actual

changes but rather everything remaining as it always was but seen from

different perspectives.

So for me there really are none of the above steps taking place:-)

 

This reminds me of a hologram.
