Living in Subtlety

 

 

Addiction to intensity

 

Is disembodiment

 

Addiction itself

 

Codependency

 

Abuse

 

Rage

 

Violence

 

 

May intensity allert us

 

But subtlety guide us

 

 

Learn from intensity

 

Live in subtlety

 

 

Only then

 

Can the heart

 

Remain sanely

 

 

Open
