Words are reality. Understanding is not reality. Understanding

contains no words and can not be put into words. State the words, see

the reality, and then see through the reality of words. The end

product of understand is no end product… If there is something that

results from what we think of as understanding, than we did not

understand. We instead used words to compose stories. Seeking an

effect from your efforts to cause, will only result in another story.

Look at all the questions in the world as long as you find completion

without seeking their answers.

If an ego is composed of stories, goals, and solutions to problems...

and nothing more, which I believe is the case, than try this; first,

stop all thinking, all analyzing; state your full name or what you

think of yourself as, and see what is at the very center of that

person, and then look at the very center of what you find, etc.

It is my " yang " way of trying to " cause " something LOL

Idealy one would balance yin and yang in their daily life.
