Guest guest
" Touch the Sound " is one movie which portraits best how enlightenment feels to the ear and eye. It takes everyday noises, such as cars speeding, and it show case them as rare music. It gives sound the power to penetrate, shake, and silence the mind into alertness. It gives common city sights the presence of museum pieces. The percussionist Evelyn Glennie, using her artistry and stage presence gives us a peek at what our senses could be when free from the mind's certainty of 'I heard that before'. The movie is 1.5 hrs. long and maybe is better to watch it 1/2 hr at a time. Pete
