Guest guest
Unconscious is like a 'nagging wife' and it keeps 'reminding' us! When we take a walk, it says: Shouldn't you be working? When we work, it says; Should not you be talking a walk? One way it differs from a nagging wife is that a wife might have conflicting interest from her husband and thus never stop reminding husband of what is important to her! But, only interest that unconsciousness has is to *serve* us and thus, once it is sure that we have received, understood and resolved its message - it stops 'reminding' us! And, each reminder from the unconsciousness does appear as 'pain' because this is the most effective way to bring our 'attention' to what unconscious is trying to say! >>Freedom is when: >>Conscious = Unconscious >>[i.e. all of unconscious has become Conscious and in doing so the 'conflict' has disappeared.] >>Conflict is when: >>Conscious is not equal to unconscious >>[i.e. you hear one message from unconscious and a different/opposing/conflicting message from the conscious.] >>Pain is: >>Unconscious - conscious >>i.e. Unconscious - conscious = pain >>Pain is a signal from unconscious to the conscious. It says that unconscious knows something that conscious has still not acknowledged, understood, resolved and have informed unconscious of its 'resolution' >>Such pain continues whenever 'conscious wakes up and becomes active; because, unconscious tries to 'send' it the 'message' again! Attempts by conscious to " run away " from it, 'escape' it doesn't work... because, unconscious persists on sending this message until it has received the acknowledgement of its 'receipt', 'understanding' and 'resolution' from the conscious. Upon understanding of such message, it becomes part of the 'conscious'. >>Only way to " resolve " pain is to treat it as the 'friend' that it is [it is a great friend because, it bring potential very useful, important, necessary and valuable information and it does it only for the sake our " good " ], to welcome it with all our heart and to see it in completely clarity. >>Doing that, once we clearly *see* it, *consciously* understand it and take *conscious* decision about this message - it gives unconscious acknowledgement that its job regarding 'this message' is done! And, when that really happens... 'that' pain disappears! Because; >>on psychological level pain is simply a message that is yet not fully understood and *resolved*! >>Peace is when: >>Unconscious - conscious = 0 >>this happens when: >>Unconscious = conscious
