Dr. Hawkins and the map of consciouness.

Dr. David R. Hawkins, MD, PhD has

outlined a consciouness chart in his

widely praised book " Power vs. Force " .

I this chart, he has recognized

different states that are possible of

human (mind) has assigned level to each

of them.

 

According to him anything below level

200 of Courage is below integrity and a

person operating below that level can

not be trusted. He calls levels below

200 negative as it results in pain for

self and others.

 

He says that the 'conscious' action

begin only after the human has risen at

least to the level of courage. The

levels above 200 (courage) are called

positive because of their generally

positive impact on self and others.

 

All levels below 200 are destructive

of life in both the individual and

society at large.

A person below this integrity level

[200] affects others negatively by

bringing consciousness/energy in them

lower. The actions arising from the

states below cause suffering 200 and

are what is historically labeled as

sins.

 

Lower the level of 'consciousnesses

lower the 'energy' you have. A person

operating below the level of 200

'sucks' energy from the people around

him/her. Lower the energy level more

energy such a person sucks from other

people. Association with people in this

'state' makes other feel 'weak' and

lose part of the energy that they have.

 

More the 'conscious' level; higher the

energy you have and more 'positively'

you affect those around you. People

with consciousness level above 200 have

positive effects and others feel

" energized " after association with

people in this state.

 

According to him most humans do

sometimes transition from one level to

another yet, they primarily operate

from one level alone. According to

about 78% of humans are " established "

at and operate at below 200 (the level

of integrity).

 

It appeared that man could not rise

above... 200 without help and thus the

need for saviors, whose level of

consciousness was so high that mere

alignment with them brought one over

the 200 level.
