Guest guest
Shri Nisargadatta Maharaj says: The search for Reality or Truth is the most dangerous undertaking for it would destroy the world in which you live. But, if your motive is love of Truth and life, you need not be afraid. Maharaj further puts a question that is devastating: Do you accept COMPLETELY the knowledge that YOU DO NOT EXIST ? Shri Ranjit Maharaj another disciple of Shri Siddharameshwar Maharaj(their common Guru) has given a simple equation: REALITY = NO I I = NO REALITY So can we give an honest answer to the question put to you by Shri Nisargadatta Maharaj about your existence ? It would require quite some courage to do so, the assurance he gives in setting your motive is very encouraging. Pradeep

And that means before you undertake to search for reality you better already should own love of Truth and life. And before you haven't realized " REALITY = NO I " there will be no love of Truth and life. And so there seems to exist no way out, why ? Because these ideas and words are just conceptual thinking like always: Love, Truth, Reality, NO I, etc, are just this endless Blah, blah, blah Werner > Maharaj further puts a question that is devastating: Do you accept > COMPLETELY the knowledge that YOU DO NOT EXIST ? > Shri Ranjit Maharaj another disciple of Shri Siddharameshwar > Maharaj(their common Guru) has given a simple equation: > REALITY = NO I > I = NO REALITY > So can we give an honest answer to the question put to you by Shri > Nisargadatta Maharaj about your existence ? If I post on the internet to say that my internet postings are honest, I guess that tells you as much as you knew before ... ;-) But there's a difference between a desireless human being, and the desirelessness which is all-inclusive, which rejects nothing because there is no outside to it. The desires which form as a human being, are accepted without rejecting any aspect, by this which beginninglessly has no desires (because nothing outside which can be desired, and nothing existing inside to get something desired). The human being fights against desire, or finds desires diminish with old age -- but this which has never known desire is a horse of a different color! -- Dan

Guest guest
yes indeed firtsly i reached the stage where it was on my mind all the time from sleeping to waking then it consumed my mind completley untill i was irreversibly constantly focused on I am I know and I love also asking what am i ? and what is real and what is imagined and repeating constantly im not thoughts i am not this feeling iam not the mind iam not this body i beleive it has reached 2nd 3rd and fourth nature in my being now it s just part of me and alost an enjoyable journey into deeper levels of knowing the mind inside and out. very achievable with a little courage and determination . what i have learnt is you are free to be happy and alll you require is to stay awake awarness is really thekey as maharaj says it works . knowing you are unaware then knowing when you are aware untill awarness is all the time simply remaing conscious and avioding auto pilot being ypourself and not acting in any particular way is also very effective and most noticeble around others. but not dangerous at all quite natural and easy
