Hi Guy,

 

I have been hovering in the background.

 

Felt like posting to this question.

 

In my experience the most helpful method is to stay with the I Am and observe.

 

Keep your attention with that Awareness that is your Source.

 

See the bodys movements, feel, the bodys movements, do not take ownership of

them,

 

observe thoughts as they come and go, do not take ownership of them.

 

See that you are that which observes the functions of the body and mind, stay

with that One.
