Guest guest
It is not difficult to find one in situations in which don't want to stay... It can bee a boss with whom one doesn't agree with... It can be a job with which one doesn't agree with... or, it can be a spouse; one doesn't seem to agree with... or, it can be place that doesn't suit us... We often end up creating too much pain for us [and sometimes for others too] in these situations, focusing on how we don't want to be here... in this situation. Also our inner " non- acceptance " of the situation automatically changes our external attitude, body language, behavior and communication in a hostile and negative way... which those around us then, reflect back to us! As a result, it makes situation progressively worse sometimes ending up in a self-feeding vicious cycle! What I have found work wonderfully in these situations is... narrowing the Time Horizon!!!! Yes, I may not want to work with this boss for years... but, do am I going to work with him/her, Today or not??? Yes, I may not want to live with this husband/wife for good... but, am I going to live with her/him Today or Not? Answer to these questions is invariably... Yes and, once we realize that, we can simply FOCUS on living our TODAY in best Possible way and live it the way that can work best Today! Realizing that and living today as just Today... gets rid of lot of [stressful] feelings that are not required today. We can enjoy today. Live it the best way we can... with the boss, spouse, friend, companion... we have today! As far as 'leaving' our jib, boss, spouse, city, country is concerned... we are not leaving them today anyway... So, let us enjoy them the BEST we can today... What I want to do in future... is part of my planning. I can spend maybe, 10 minutes a day on doing such... planning... but, rest of the day let me allow myself to Fully LIVE... let me LIVE rest of today the best way I can with the person, place I am WITH...
