I think the word happiness in our society has been re-defined

from a state of contentment, to a state of excitement, and hopeful

expectation. The word has suffered from inflation. It takes more

" pleasure bucks " to buy happiness nowadays. Just to feel well,

and to be keenly aware and responsive is not enough anymore.

But it's this responsiveness, this ability to flow with events, and

never get snarled in the past, which I consider liberation.

attention to i am is the remedy for that. to the mind, the cancer itself is much

more

interesting than the cure.

The really really interesting and true thing is we give what we

have..... and are ... our Being ...

Always...

never ever has been other Way...

However, the journey is extraordinary and absolutely priceless;-)

It asks for and receives the gift of Life.

Love Always,

Anna

Dear Anna,

I just joined today, and this evening I am still completely confused.

and frustrated . . .

How can a thing be interesting if there are no things?

How can we give what we have if there is nothing to give?

How can I give if there is no giver to give what I do not have?

How can something be interesting when there is nothing there to be

interested in?

How can there be a way to nowhere?

Being. . . Who is it that is being?

Who is it who gives?

What is always, when there is only this moment, no past, no future,

no then, no when, time is an illusion?

Extraordinary/ordinary. Priceless/valueless. Male/female. Yin/yang.

Happiness/sorrow. Pleasure/pain, all the opposites cannot exist

unless they merge in One, which is what we are.

Are we alive or are we dead, are we dreaming or are we awake,(TURIYA)

Just kidding! Tommy, (Frustrated beyond belief/unbelief, and

entangled in a net of jewels)
