Guest guest
OK........let's admit it! Vegetarainism is just another form of vanity. At its best...it is a fear based form of self-protectionism. The physical self touts the harmful effects of eating meat...hoping to prolong its personal nightmare.......the psychological self seeks a more peaceful enviornment....one in which it continue its self-induced torpor......and the spiritual self seeks to avoid the harmful effects of something it calls karma. At its worst it a boring, braggadocio subject.....brought up even before the waiter gets to the table. How about this? If it is alive.........and isn't poisoness....you can eat it. toombaru

The contrast is refreshing. But then, critics and connoisseurs such as myself are perhaps THE worst! (I'm beginning to miss all the childish rivalry that once dominated this site. .bob, wanna fight somebody? It is much simpler. Do you enjoy the taste on your tongue knowing beings die in fear and squalor? Just connect the dots. How can you not act differently? > At its worst it a boring, braggadocio subject.....brought up even > before the waiter gets to the table. The very same vanity of me and mine. The tongue is just one sense for self interest to rule our day. And so we are slaves to the pleasant and the unpleasant.
