E.g., the evil buggie men nazi's who ended up working for the US and helped perpetuate all manner of continuing genocide: Not to mention the triumph of the American Inquisition! It doesn't matter what so called " cause " you think you live or die for, you are yourself caused by causes beyond cause and effect. The whole world is blinded by ideology.
