To me, service can begin only after

one has moved beyond the need of

'respite'! 'Service' can begin only after

one is ready to willingly, whole-heartedly

'suffer'. Service can begin only after

one has moved the 'usual' need to 'avoid

[personal] pain' and 'seek [personal] pleasure.

Until one is ready to willfully suffer;

until one is ready to willfully let

go of the desire for pleasure; one is

not ready to serve.

Service can start only after the 'fear of

[self] pain' and 'hope of [self] gratification'

has ceased to be the main motivation in one's

life.

Service doesn't mean avoiding fight or struggle either.

I think perhaps, service means different things to me

and you. To me, service simply means:

A Conscious Act of Love.

You speak as if I can simply

" choose " to just 'Be Love' ;)

Or, that I even understand what

just 'being love' means ;)

sincere questions.

And yes, my points need elaboration.

But there has to be dialog, for that, too.

So, why don't we begin with my first question, not merely as

a flip suggestion, but as a profound question:

Why not just BE love?

(I'll share what prevents me from Being love,

if and when the dialog continues..........)

Are 'Just Being' and 'just being love'

two diifferent things?

If I correctly understand what they mean,

then, they are not.

Yes, for me, since we are only talking about ourselves, just Being IS

Just Being Love.
