My imaginary Mar,

No one here tried to explain others about own effortlessness reached.

We just had some exchange that effortlessness isn't the cause of

letting go.

Happy Selfing,

Werner

ok then....Werner....

however.....there is no choice about " effortlessness " .....

it depend on the state of the mind....

a clear mind don't feel that something take effort or not

a restless mind feel that everything take much effort....

no escape for a restless mind

maybe about " letting go... " .....it's same...

means...it depend on the mind too....

Marc

Ps: heart...means, inner love....is only possible door the mind can

open....in order to get out of prison.....

to get out of mind-slavery

That makes sense, Marc,

I too told this to Stefan that one cannot chose to be effortless.

A " clear mind " is an ideal. Do you feed and rely on idesls, Marc ?

Yes, a restless mind is seeking release and peace. The restless mind

again is striving to reach an ideal .. but ideals never are a

solution.

If your sexy girl friend run away and you are so damn missing her, I

promise you, Marc, that's a great opportunity to study a restless

mind :)

No ideal and no philosophy will quickly help you out of that dilemma.

-oh Werner....i once was an idealist.....maybe like many young people

are.....

idealism is often in connection with the big

appearing " world " ....about to " make something better....than

before.... " .... " saving the world.... " ....and other fabuloes dreams....

but then....i think and feel.....idealism is more about the inner

world......i prefer to feel " free " ....from top to bottom......in

whole of body......just letting the energy flow....freely...

....then....when i feel It..... " the world " is just fine.....

in fact.... " the world " is a nice dream....then

and so....the mind is " clear " .....and so, no subject

of " effortlessness " is of thoughts.....

-yes....got in contact with all this emotional problems....don't

worry...:)

the reason....again....to look inside....instead outside....

then...one day......it's no more possible to " fall in

love " ......means, being lost....in an imaginary outside world and

fiction....

I wish you good luck with that " inner world " . It definitely pomises

less pain and conflicts and liberates you fromt that very arduous

endeavor to understand yourself and life and what is. I really can

understand that the mind rather prefers to escape inito a promising

dreamworld than to undertand why it suffers and lives in conflict.
