Guest guest
YO Arvind, I do a lot more than post poetry. I hardly ever post poetry here. Did you miss my early posting? Bow down to me! But seriously. I don't deny the existence of our world. Collectively, we have created it the way it is. It is what it is, suffering and all. Out of commpassion for one another, let's do what we can to lessen (alleviate) suffering in our world, no? If you derive pleasure from suffering, please don't go so far as to think others will agree with your perspective. And I beg you not to get the idea that suffering would be a beneficial thing to cause deliberately to another. If it doesn't harm anyone, do whatever you want - and that includes harm to yourself. To deliberately cause yourself or another to suffer goes against my ethical sensibilities. Even to persuade another human being that suffering is a helpful thing is, in my opinion, a bad idea and could ultimately result in harm to someone who might take that idea seriously. Think about it.
