Guest guest
There was once a great master of shaktipat named Giaccomo Puccini. Wrote many operas. Many arias. One of the arias--Nessun Dorma--is especially good for this exercise.Get a cd or mp3 file or whatever of this aria being performed by Luciano Pavarrotti.Listen to it enough times so that a pattern of expectation gets established in your mind. Then sit quietly and listen. When you come to the last 3 syllables, namely " Vin-cer-o " , look at what you are feeling and say, " I am That. " This exercise works well with any piece of music provided it has a climactic moment that really slams you.
