The other side of meditation?

For some reason, these days, I feel as if

I have too much Adrenaline. It might be

Due to diet, lack of exercise or maybe,

I am always this way and I am noticing it

only now.

I noticed that this feeling of

Adrenaline rush gets far more

pronounced when I don't deal enough in

'imagination', 'idle thinking' and sex.

This 'not thinking' happens when I meditate

and meditation that particularly makes me

" thoughtless " is. . . " Be what you are "

as taught by Ramana. Many times, it

even removed dreams and unconsciousness

from my sleep and I slept simply you

closed, fully relaxed, peaceful and calm

- yet, awake!

However, I have recently noticed that

once I mediate this way, my state next day,

or few days later, starts fluctuating between

'not feeling body at all' and 'feeling excessive

Adrenaline' rush.

Now, I think, maybe, my not feeling

body at all is simply lack of hormonal

activity in the body possibly caused by

'not thinking' [and as its result, 'not

having any feeling']. This 'no hormone',

'no feeling' state used to get intervened by

excessive Adrenaline flow when I did

get into any situation involving rage,

anger, lust or fear. I think, maybe, my

lack of 'imagining' and 'idle

thinking', used to put my hormonal flow

somewhat out of balance.

Perhaps, my imagination used to

'excite' me and as result gets

Adrenaline flowing in a positive way.

When I stopped doing that, whenever I

happened to get into a situation of

rage, anger, lust or fear. . . my

Adrenaline just started flowing in

excess and in a painful way.
