Hi

I have a problem witnessing. I can do it when I'm driving and it

sitting a the PC like now. It tends to be largely visual for me. But I

can't do it when I'm thinking about problems, like at work. Problem

solving. I just forget. I reckon I only managed about 1 hour a day of

satying with I am ness. I go bed thinking, I'll do it bed for an hour

but fall asleep after five minutes.

I think it's very hard to witness deep thinking. To me deep thinking

is the opposite of witnessing.

What's the best thing to do? Less deep thinking is difficult - it's

part of my job.

Every mental movement is like that. If that kind of answer doesn't

satisfy you then you should hang around with people who are into

witnessing and go to seminars and Keep photos of gurus in your house.

That's a bit of a harsh judgment don't ya think for a guy who doesn't

own any of his thoughts or actions; people " happen " to witness and

keep pics too.

Thanks for all the advice there. Photo's of guru's, books lying

around. That's a good one. May be I can get some Nisargadatta dice to

hang in my car!

Interesting. Thank you. Staying with the sense " I am " at least is

something I do. It's concentration. Ok, so there's no " I " who's doing

it but I am able to regularly do this.
