Guest guest
Hi I have a problem witnessing. I can do it when I'm driving and it sitting a the PC like now. It tends to be largely visual for me. But I can't do it when I'm thinking about problems, like at work. Problem solving. I just forget. I reckon I only managed about 1 hour a day of satying with I am ness. I go bed thinking, I'll do it bed for an hour but fall asleep after five minutes. I think it's very hard to witness deep thinking. To me deep thinking is the opposite of witnessing. What's the best thing to do? Less deep thinking is difficult - it's part of my job. Jason

Every time you witness, it just comes up and happens. It is like leaving home without your wallet. You get halfway to work and suddenly it dawns on you, " I forgot my wallet! " " You " did not remember, the remembering just happened. Every mental movement is like that. If that kind of answer doesn't satisfy you then you should hang around with people who are into witnessing and go to seminars and Keep photos of gurus in your house. That's a bit of a harsh judgment don't ya think for a guy who doesn't own any of his thoughts or actions; people " happen " to witness and keep pics too. Staying with the sense " I am " at least is something I do. It's concentration. Ok, so there's no " I " who's doing it but I am able to regularly do this.
