Guest guest
What meditation methods you are aware of? What mediation method have you tried? Which one like the best and why? How do you rate each meditation method that you know on the scale of 1 to 10?

Are you looking for a method, > or a reason to post? I have started noticing that all meditation techniques are not equal - neither in the process, nor in mechanics, nor in their effect. I would be very interested in learning the scientific neural analysis of the Instantaneous and log-term effect of different meditation methods. My guess is that different methods might instantly activate and light up different part of brain and can create different of Neural Bridges as the result of long-term practice. IOW. . . it might be possible to choose mediation based on what kind of results one is interested in. 'Emptiness' Meditation might affect brain, both temporarily as well in long term, in one way and 'Mindfulness' in quite another way. Similarly, long term reading, analysis and reflection on Niz, Ramesh or Liquorman might affect one's thinking [as well as brain]; Tony in another way; Huang Po in another way; Hawkins in another way. . . and, Ramana in yet totally another way! Once brain science develops further, it might become very interesting indeed. >
