Some of the method that I try and

experiment with are:

Name

-----

Inner Body Awareness

(I think, I learned this from Tolle)

Process

-------

Become internally Aware of the body.

Consciously and with full focus (full

focus happens on its own, you don't

need to force it) consciously feel and

experience your entire body from

inside. Start slowly and start with one

organ at a time. For example, start

with toes, then, moving to feet, knees,

thighs, abdomen, navel, chest, heart,

neck, eyes, forehead, head, top of

skull, back of skull - try feeling all

of them from inside - that is simply

take your FULL Awareness there;

don't be concerned with what happens.

Once you have internally felt each of

your oragn this way - try feeling your

entire body at the same time - that is

fill your entire body with Conscious

Awareness.

Effect

------

To me, it ends up removing

'unconsciousness' from my sleep i.e. I

end up sleeping as if 'Awake'.

Reasoning

---------

Perhaps, flooding body with Inner

Awareness turns some switches [neurons]

in the brain/body ON and they remain ON

in place of 'turning off' during sleep

as they usually do.
