Guest guest
Whenever you feel bad. . . .. . . Just a take a brisk walk. . . .. . . run . . . .. . . do kick air boxing . . . .. . . jump up and down . . . .. . . run on the trade-mill . . . Or, engage in a dynamic, physically vigorous activity! We " feel " bad when, the hormone of fight or flight, also known as 'stress hormone', gets released in the body! Thus, When we engage in a vigorous physical activity, it tricks body, and brain, in thinking that we are already doing what the ancient 'reptilian' brain, also called 'emotional' brain, thinks. . . we should be doing. And, thus, it " cools down " . . . Failing do so, and, trying to 'calm' the mind without engaging in any physical activity, only via " intellectual " thinking then, .. . . might become a billion years old animal brain and animal instinct against very recently created Pre-frontal Cortex! It is already a proven fact. . . .. . . that people are feel far likely to feel stress when sitting [or lying] in one place than when they are engaged in. . . a dynamic Physical Activity!
