activity, when stress [fight or flight]

hormones are released, sends our

billion years old animal brain signal

that we are not doing what the animal

brain thinks we should be doing in

order to 'protect' and 'defend'

ourselves!

> > This can force animal brain

to work extra hard to more of the

stress [fight or flight] hormones so

that we start moving and we. . . really

[physically] do something about it!

the mind without engaging in any

physical activity, only via

" intellectual " thinking. . .

animal brain and animal instinct

against recently created and

Not yet, 'Always Dominant'. . . Pre-frontal Cortex!

> > . . . that people are feel Far More

likely to feel stress when sitting [or lying]

in one place than when they are engaged in. . .

a dynamic Physical Activity!

So, Make the 'signal' of bad feeling

as a 'reminder' and, the 'energy' of

bad feeling as the 'fuel' . . .

to exercise, to run, to take a brisk

walk, to lift weight. . .

This way,

You can start looking forward to. . .

'feeling bad' Again. . .

And, can Smile ;), each time, afterwards. . .

So,

Exercise and Move Darling. . .

that's what body is used to have been

doing for millions of years!!!!!
