yes thoughts are themselves modulations... but don't need a

decoder. Where the metaphor breaks down is that the modulations

are not a signal from point A to point B. They just are,

and it is the " seeing of them " that is the creation of them(!).

Their " appearance " in consciousness and their " beingness " in

consciousness are the same! They aren't actually *there*

except as inventions.

 

And it is interesting to note that in the statement:
