Emotion is emotion...what makes it good or bad? " Health is better than sickness. " Do you need a " proof " to know that? Emotions like peace, happiness, love, relaxation, ease, joy, aliveness are called good and emotions like anger, rage, hate, shame, guilt, pride " bad " for the same reasons that. . . the 'normal' blood pressure is called " good " and blood pressure shooting too high is called " bad " . A 'doctor' can objectively measure it and tell you exactly why they are " bad " for you or, you can tell so simply based on how they feel inside you. You can say so, perhaps, based on which on feels 'healing', 'soothing', 'easy', 'natural' and which one feels 'straining and 'draining'. Guest guest
There is a reason you can't 'afford' to remain angry for long time. . . because, anger requires 'expenditure' of energy! You can remain at peace, happy, love as long as you want, because, it is just your normal, default, natural condition. It costs you nothing to be this way. . . because, it costs you nothing to be just who you really are.
