One is turbulent and taxing other is peaceful, content, blissful and relaxed. Wakeful Sleep is exactly like deep meditation. Seeing Death is to know that ultimately, there is no such thing as 'death'. Seeing 'sleep' is knowing that ultimately, there is no such thing as 'sleep'. 'Seeing' form is knowing that ultimately, there is no such thing as 'form'. Seeing 'disappearance' while holding the SEER is to know that ultimately, there is no such thing as.... 'disappearance'.
