Guest guest
She was ninety...........and she was dying. Her family had been at her bedside for eight hours.....holding hands. Someone would begin to cry softly.....others would reach out to comfort. Most were silent....lost in their own memories. The heavy.......open mouthed breathing echoed off the hospital walls as the nurses came and went with their squeaky shoes and awkward smiles. Machines bleated.......clear liquid dripped in clear tubes. Then silence. Everyone looked up as she opened her eyes.......they were bluer then we remembered. She looked around the room......unfocused.........and whispered: " Beautiful..............Beautiful. " Some later thought that she has seen Jesus......or heaven......or the light............. I but I knew what she saw.......and so do you. toombaru
