Deep in the mind there is a place,

where every silent being dwells,

there's room for houses and buildings,

gardens and plants,

deep inside the mind,

there is room for everything one wants to have.

 

Deep inside the mind there is also a door,

it is hidden usually, behind the objects in that room,

but the door is right there,

in the midst of all the wonders,

of the deeper mind.

 

The door takes you of course

right into the real world,

where everything looks identical

to the place you know by now so well,

the place from deep inside your mind.

 

The door is no escape,

it takes you from the real world

deep into your mind,

and from deep inside your mind,

into the real world.

 

But wait, deep inside your mind

there is another door,

a door that takes you into another world,

and from that other world,

into another mind,

a mind with thousands of doors,

leading into thousands of minds ...
