Marc,

'humanity' is just an idea and besides that idea it does not exist.

Serving humanity therefore means serving an idea. The question now

is, and you have to see that, who is the server ?

There are two:

1) The idea of humanity

2) The one who wants to serve that idea.

Without the server no serving, right ?

Now, the server is his motiviation to serve. Without motivation there

is no server. That is so obvious.

And what is the motivitation ? Is it something noble, is it's root

self-importance, or even a more or less mild megalomania ?

.....to remind you about what i wrote:

" the sole meaning of life-dream....is to wake up " ...

" humanity " is mentioned in the subject sentence.....written, it seem

so, by a famous person....etc....

......

yes.... " humanity " is an idea....like infinite other possible

ideas.....

yes....agree with you analyse about server and serving.....

tending to self-importance and megalomania

......

but people who aren't in conflict with the imaginary entity....

means, who imagine to be body, mind, intellect.....

such people don't " serve " an idea......anymore....

they just do It....that's all

Wouldn't the sole purpose be to find out what the relationship of the

seeker of said purpose is to said purpose if he should ever find it? I

mean:Is the seeker capable of acting on the knowledge? Is the seeker

capable of acting at all? Does the seeker even exist? So it comes to

this: The sole purpose is to find out what is actually going on. Z

as long there is " seeker " there is also more or less " knowledge " ....

the seeker...as being an imaginary seperated entity....is acting....for

sure/real/unreal....within his/her bubble of imaginary life-dream.....

the seeker is as real/unreal as....for example " humanity " is....

yes, sure.... " the sole purpose is to find out what is actually going

on " ....

and also so.....what isn't going on

Marc,

Are there two ?

One who is the imaginary entity and the other who is in conflict with

it ? Or isn't the imaginary entity already the conflict ?

> means, who imagine to be body, mind, intellect.....

Who is imagining to be the body ? Is there an entity who is is

imagining to be the body ?

You know, every noun needs a reference, a real existing object which

it is pointing at. Like the word 'tree' is referring to a tree.

Now, what about the word " I " or " me " ? Because every noun is pointing

at real object and so has the noun " I " also to refere to existing

object. And thought will use for that " I " an object which always is

present and always within its reach and that is the body.

As little children we have been trained to take the body as a

reference when we have been called by our names. At the very

beginning you didn't know who or what this " Marc " should be or could

be. And so your parents pressed their forefinger at your chest and

repeatedly said your name " This is Marc, that is Marc, Marc, Marc,

Marc " . And after a while you got it.

Later you learned that instead of using their first names the adults

used the word " I " . And Marc did that too.

And today ?

Today the body is under the bane of that word " I " . It is a like a

magic spell which never voluntarily will leave you.

Do what you want, you can't get rid of it, you can't escape it. Also

this trick calling yoursef the " resl Self " won't losen that spell. It

sits like malaria in every cell of your body.

-the imaginary entity is already the conflict

ok, for you, Werner, will describe it like that:

imaginary entity = conflict

- the imaginary entity believe that he/she is a body....doing

this & that....or being a wonderful " humanist " ...as for example

for Werner:

imaginary entity = imagination

-LOL....

then Werner.....wish you further nice dreams.....about many nice

definitions....like the one of " Werner " ....you have learned since

many many years......and are in love to.....

importance " .....)

Mind if I play boys? :-)

The thought that keeps thinking itself into Being-Existence is not the

thought that keeps itself going (separately).

There is another level of thinking that separates the thinker into one

and the same aspect; however, this can only be known by the One who is

the thinker, clear-minded and absolutely divested of all 'unskillful

means'.

Have a great day boys.

And I have a poem for you, proving I can think two thoughts at one

time, though I still have no clue from whence the ecstatic body comes

even if I do know this pain body originator well;-)

To All My Lovers Who Never Were

I think You would have been

a tender Lover fresh with the scent

of brilliant green papaya and orange blossom

in clever hands,

knowing

how to fill my untamed cup of effervescent longing

I think you would have

kissed me like the naked perfection

of a simple rose, a Parrish sunrise

in a Goddess pose

so abundant in the afterglow

of a burning taste we would leave

in one another's mouth,

as we spoke our benediction

soul to soul

cleansed of the falling leaves of descent

into a womb-like rhythm

as we took time into our bodies

and fashioned

this crown of Love.

Love and Light,

Anna
