" you " are going through life.....

just like " you " go through dreams during sleep....

all is up to " you " ....there is nobody else...

and never will be....

Marc

Ps: ignoring imaginary " you " ....is also ignoring the Self.....within

all there Is....

....the result of such ignorance.....:

one day.......death.....without ever having known......who " you "

are........for real

Hence the assistance provided by religions for most people. Until one

is ready and able to recognize the reality of 'what you are' (as

nissargadatta reveals) then its best dealt with at the distance which

religions provide.

Brian,

I think that is very astute. It is just too bad that a religion must

go to such a drastic point to need fear to buffer the distance. Gotta

be a better way, yeah?

don't fear 'religion' either.

no matter if it's:

science...philosophy..theology..magic...or everyday life..

hocus-pocus all and every..

Grand Deceptions each..

but 'who' is so deceived?

no one knows there is no one so deceived.

the conception of deception is an exception of expectation.

the arithmetic mean and first moment of possibility and promise.

the Moxie Mojo....

just so.

If there is a better way I'm sure its already available. But yes,

religions are run by people, and people are far from perfect. That's

why the teachings of good folks like Niz are so significant.
