Without any 'memory'... Attention and Awareness is always perfect. Most [maybe, 95%] of thinking is because of memory either " thinking " to 'make memories' or 'repeating' to keep memories. Attention gets divided because... something else goes on in the foreground while 'memory making' and 'memory repeating' always goes on in the background.
