Guest guest
dear members iam new to this group. i have read the book 'iam that' of sri.maharaj. after reading i can intellectuall understand that only 'i' exist and all 'iam ...s'are in the mind and ever changing and so not 'i'. but this is just a concept for me. for all practical purposes iam influenced by my body and mind.how can i meditate on'i' when iam injured or in agony? 'i' can obviosly look into the question who is suffering and who is feeling the suffering ; but that does not solve the problem still iam in pain ..iam feeling pain. is it because of lack of practice? haven't u all felt the same.i feel all regilions ad philosophies become impotent practically. they remain intellectual chewing gums..dont u think so? so how to escape from all sorts of pain..is it impossible? i would love to hear ur honest views on this. yours sajith.........
