Guest guest
hi i have read some of ur replays to my former question ; asking me not to label some sensations as' pain ' 'happyness' etc.. i do understand this but some sensations make all of us uncomfortable isnt it. we act to find a remedy. can just concentrating on 'i' help us? how is ur experience?.. isn't it the mind itself that is concentrating on 'i'? nisargadattas advice on reading feels sublime and great ..but just think of the practical nature of it.. what do u think.. i would like an answer from ur experience(not theory, and not thought). yours s
