Guest guest
All who read, use words as mirrors. That's all words can be. The reader provides the meaning for each word. Words act like electrodes stimulating different neurons in your brain. If I write the word 'rape' it would provoke a very different stimulus in the brain of a victim, a rapist, a prosecutor, a shrink, a judge, or someone who has no experience of rape in any personal way. So, if what Nis, or his translators wrote resonates with you, in a way, you are him, and after you read a few of his books, if you have any self-confidence you can impersonate him to a T. Nis was just a way of thinking, as Buddha was, or Christ, and that way of thinking can come alive in your brain. That's what is called the Birth of Wisdom in the Soul. So what difference does it make that Nis, Buddha, Christ, or some other sage was not a person, but a group effort? What matter is that Wisdom can be born in your mind, if you only have the guts to stand alone and let words flow. Pete
