The Selfer is a person having read about the Self from Ramana and also

from Maharaj. And now that person got greedy to attasin or reach the

And that reaching out for a " high " goal is the POSITIVE APPROACH. And

that is not very intelligent.

Much more intelligent is trying to remove all obstacles and hindrances

so that the " positiv " can fall in by itself. And that first of all

implies to totally forget that wonderful positive goal, whatever it may

be. And this is called the NEGATIVE APPROACH.

The positive approachs needs a lot of day-dreaming and the negative

approach requires self-knowledge.

Day-dreaming and self-knowledge don't like each other.

If you are a Selfer you love to chat of the Self but you never have a

Oh, oh, Phil,

If you would open your mind when reading my posts you would have

realized that I was making a difference between self-knowledge and

self-inquiry.

And what I repeatedly stated was SELF-INQUIRY IS NONSENSE.

But slowly by slowly I am afraid that you don't know what self-

knowledge is. Else you wouldn't constantly confuse both.

self inquiry; insight into the nature of self. Who is this 'me'? self knowledge.

Yes, Werner, you're constantly making distinctions that don't exist. Perhaps this is how you keep the imaginary self going?

" I was making a difference between self-knowledge and

self-inquiry. "

-Without self-knowledge no self-inquiry,

without self-inquiry no self-knowledge.

How do you separate the two, Werner?
