In my opinion, material consciousness would be the perceptions and

interpretations of the material mind and to save you the effort, I am

well aware that the material mind is an illusion.

So wouldn't that make material consciousness an illusion?

You said that you thought we were discussing material consciousness.

I was wondering how we were going to do that.

Silly rabbits... you're already *doing* that...or so it seems. Using

illusory words across an illusory universe....typing with illusory

fingers on an illusory keyboard.

Illusions are irreconcilable differences with one particular objective.

Care to venture an illusory guess?

Well, I guess we could do that by defining what is or is not material

consciousness and then attempt to discuss it and how it relates to

non-material consciousness.

No not really, what would be the point?

Why on earth would I attempt to discuss something that has no meaning

nor any purpose?

There is really only a point in discussing things that are material,

everything is superfluous.

So the question would seem to be: what IS the purpose of ANY point

except to transcend the material?

I guess so but considering that there really is no other purpose except

for the ones we make for our selves, then there is no real purpose at

all. Transending, if we want to call it that, would be coming to the

realisation that there is nothing to transcend as we are already that.

But considering that the vast majority of people do not already realise

that, it serves no real practical purpose to talk in those terms, it

would be unrelatable to a mind which sees only meaning and purpose.

So from that perspective, the only purpose of any point is to transcend

the material, in my opinion.
