Guest guest
With the help of a MRT (Magnetic Resonance Tomograph) neuroscientists recently have found that when learning a noun used in verbal thinking it also does need the sensory image of that noun. Like the noun " bell " either needs the vision of a bell and/or the ringing sound of a bell to learn and store it in memory. A person placed in a MRT had to think of a noun, as in the previous example a bell, and activities could be seen in that part of the brain where sounds get processed. The same now happens during a conversation when using nouns that then their corresponding parts of the brain where normally the sensory inputs get processed again get activated as if there happened a real sensory event and not just an imaginary one. Therefore when you say that you are aware OF something then the already stored memory will instantly create activities in the corresponding brain parts needed for sensory processing. The question now arises can one be aware OF something without already knowing it ? Werner

Marc Ps: to be aware of past/recent/future unawareness is already the point of whatever knowledge/liberation/freedom/understanding/peace.
